why do ppl cheat in cup?
how much they win? $20mil sure, i'll cheat. less than that.... i have a reputation.

As for the OP's 3.6 versus 3.8 or even 4.0 rebuild question, I think it's also dependent on where you live and whom you'll be racing with. If you only race with PCA and have healthy GTC3 fields in your region then absolutely stay with the 3.6. If you racing takes you to NASA, you could comfortably use 400 to the wheels and stay in GTS5. I think besides the potential resale discussion, the decision is also regional....
