If you have stock springs and shock..... then the front sway bar on a 6-cup should be welded at 1-off full stiff. For the rear bar I always start out my first session at 1-off full stiff with the intention to move to full stiff once I get myself and the car in sync.

IIRC Sebring is bumpy so I would set my shocks a little soft for compression, maybe 15 out of a possible 40 (hard). For rebound, a middle position maybe 5 out of a possible 8 (hard).

I would keep the pressures down a bit, 60 front and 180 rear. Remember to account for pressure loss in your gauge's hose unless you have a shut off at the cannister. YMMV....

Don't the stock Sachs dampers have the issue of the valve stem that is too short for most guages? If your's haven't been modified with longer stems then I would try this gauge.

http://www.ccrsport.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=225

It's the only one we found that works on the short stems.

Go to safari rallye height for preventing bottoming in the last turn.

Not to change direction on your thread, but if you run Dunlops regardless of setup you will be leaving alot of time versus michelins.

I am not sure of your skill level but you would be leaving maybe a full second a lap at Sebring. Thats tough to overcome.
