Little project I've been working on as an attempt to improve airflow in the 991 Cup cabin. Replaced the highly restrictive factory air vent baffles with some nice ducts and flexible and shape-holding plastic hose to both decrease airflow restrictions and allow for precise air flow direction.
I couldn't believe how big of a difference it made in both the amount of air getting into my helmet/face. I replaced the HVAC blower cabin air filter (same as a street car part) to ensure it's blowing clean air in - the original filter looked like it might have never been changed for the life of the car!
Printed out of high strength ASA with heat resistance over 100*C.
Design loosely inspired by the 991.1 GT3-R ducts.
