Newbie question, anyone have tips on how to remove the 991.2 cup front lip?

We tried to remove it to make it easier to go up the trailer, but it seem to be sandwiched in to the bumper pretty good.

Is it simply remove the bolts then pull out? Are there any clips holding it in.

Other than the screws at the ends, just pull. No clips other than retention.
