This is my favorite..
http://www.torqwrench.com/tools/item...ckCode=C5D600F. A little clunky to do reverse threads on one side but WAY WAY WAY cheaper than something like a SnapOn.
380 lb / ft with Castol Optimol Paste on the nut PN-000-043-305-08

Quick, easy, accurate (enough): If 380 is the torque, and you weigh 190 lbs, use a 2 ft. bar and put your full weight on it. Easy peasy. Other torques, body weight, just do the math and make/mark a bar.
On my old 550 ft. lb. centerlocks, I used a jack handle slipped over my breaker bar. I had a piece of tape on the jack handle at 3' (I'm 185 lbs). With the bar perpendicular to the ground, it was quick and easy to tighten to my full weight with hands at the 3' tape mark. Works in either direction.
