Axles: Blue, Green, White and Black?

If anyone is looking to go away from a Porsche part number, we have been installing The Driveshaft Shop axles on our cars.
We originally had a customer car with them and they loved them, so we tried them out ourselves. Extremely good success.
The shaft itself is a bit heavier than the Porsche version, but the bearing is larger and you still use the factory stub axles. They are just bolt on.
The grease they use is high end, so no need to replace it like you would with the factory blacks.
We have 996 and 997 cup cars with tons of hours on them with just a re-inspect after the season ends with no problems. And, Knock on wood, not a single one has broken. The price is also a bargain vs motorsports. But, that is not the reason we do it. We trust them.
We liked them so much, we now carry them in the store:

And, if you are looking for NEO lube, we carry that too.

Thanks

I've run motorsport black or TT black, but I've heard the yellow/green are supposed to be really strong. Interestingly, I heard the flange on our cars is a failure point too, and the 997.2 part is much stronger. I haven't personally known of a flange failure, but that doesn't mean much. The only axles I've had break were Motorsport blues.

What a great thread! If only some of you guy can update for the 991.2 Chassis. I snapped one new axle on track (991.2 GT3RS) and thinking on upgrading to the GT3Cup red ones. Would I need to be concerned about fitment? Would I need a new connector (between the gearbox and the axle)? What about lenght? 991.2RS chassis is wider on the rear than normal 991.2s.
