Turbo Front Bumper Light Replacement

Anyone have a DIY on replacing the bumper light on an 08 specific to the turbo/gts? Does the bumper have to come off or is there a way around it. Any links would be appreciated. For reference, this is the part:

The instructions for most bulb replacements are right in the owner's manual. Have you looked there first?

Sir I’m trying to replace the assembly, not the bulb. But no I have not. I don’t have a manual but didn’t think it would explain removal of the actual assembly. Thanks!
