All,

As the title says my HVAC will only blow hot air at Max, anything up to that is cold or slightly less than cold air. Any advice on what to look at first for the cure would be appreciated.

I did some searches on this forum, but didn't see this particular issue addressed.

Not specific to the Cayenne, but a low coolant level can result in compromised cabin heat. If it's not that, might be a failed heater core valve that's not letting warm coolant flow into it.

I'm leaning towards the valve or flapper.

The fan blows just fine, don't think it's that.

When max a/c is activated the system go's into recirculate automaticly. First suspect would be a control door in the climate control box area. Maybe a stuck flapper/door or one is not activating. Maybe a combo. After verifying all that works well I would look the the climate control-control unit itself.

I have the same problem with the passenger side HVAC. Please update if you find a solution.

Your question is unclear to me.

What are you looking for when pressing "MAX" - I would have to assume cold-air since that's what MAX is for.

Clarification please...
