You can't.
You have to get a 3.0L block.
You can go with aftermarket steel sleeves, but then you have to use aftermarket forged pistons. You can't use the factory forged pistons. The sleeved combo will not provide the excellent wear qualities that the factory parts do.
You might want to rethink your big bore motor. You can get a ton of power out of a 2.5L enigne, and save yourself a ton of money in the process... which could be used towards all the stuff needed to make power.
