For track or street? I used Hawk Blue on track last year, worked ok but were hard on rotors and were shot after 2 track days. I am looking for somiething with slightly higher temperature capablility for the track, and that are not too tough on rotors.

On the street I use KFP siver.. nice, almost no dust.

Hey Peter, I'm about to try the KFP Gold for summer street and track. Any experience with them? I was okay with MetalMasters for track use, just got tired of having to swap front pads at the track (they lasted about 3-5 sessions before they started to crumble and chunck off bits of pad). The boys at Paragon suggested stepping up to the KFP's. Any KFP observations will be appreciated.

For track, try Pagid RS-19.

Dave,

The KFP Golds are very good pads. I use then for DE events only; I use MetalMasters on the street. The times I have used the KFP's on the street they squealed and made a lot of dust, but they stop you on a dime.

I currently have Pagid Black RS 014 fitted on a 911 (big reds front and turbo calipers back)which I use both on track and road. Excellent pads which can withstand the heat and offering great modulation capabilities. Acceptable wear 5-6 race events

Thanks all. KFP's for this summer season. I'll share reports as time wears on.
