Hi Jerry:

We have 2 options that we use here:

Porsche factory RSR cooler available from Porsche Motorsports

Aftermarket item like Cargraphic's cooler.

Both work very well but the RSR ones have been more expensive with all the lines, brackets and the cooler, itself.

Having that left side cooler really does the job, though.

Has anyone (other than the factory) installed an oil cooler behind a widebody rear duct? The oil lines are right there, seems like it would be fairly simple to plumb it in. I've thought about this in addition to the late-model carrera cooler I have in the front.

It's slightly off topic but I see that Kokeln has an oil cooler that replaces the pre-964 fender cooler with one that is %300 larger. Anyone tried this? My '86 3.4L runs a little hot at the track track.

I guess my question follows along the same lines as Thom's...Can I remove the right rear blower motor in the C2 turbo and put an auxillary oil cooler in the same space (in that wheel well)?
