I have a sound file, but its to big and I don't know how to get it reduced or split the video from the audio...any suggestions? It is a system a friend of mine and I are developing. He has been in the muffler bus. for 20 years, I went in to get some bolts replaced and we started playing with some ideas....low and behold..........
Basically mimicks the Supercups, but is deeper sounding (sounds like a Viper) and doesn't "pop" when you let off.

Do you have any better pictures of the complete system. Underneath shots would be great. Thanks,

PLease keep in mind this is a prototype, and is just done in aluminumised exhaust pipe to a stainless muffler and tip. If the system doesn't change from its current config, it will be all in stainless to stainless or to carbon fiber. It mounts directly to the factory end coming from the cat's.
We are bringing in other tips next week to give the system more of a factory look (may also change the sound slightly as well.....we'll see)

By the way, I am waiting for John to finish whatever it is they are doing to this site, and then I will have a sound bite for you to hear as well. Hopefully soon they will be done.

Looks very cool, Chris! How is the clearance on steep driveways?

Man, I live at the beach, what the hells a steep driveway I don't think most locals know what an incline is
But seriously, that issue could be dealt with, with different tips. We only made them slightly (1/4") longer relative to my stock tips, as far as how far they stick out. You bring up an interesting point though, one I will certainly bare in mind as we move forward. Be interesting to have the maximum grade angle the bumper cover/exhaust system would allow. Although that would change with ride height, so...........do I worry about it, or do I let the customer decide if the application works for them. Something to ponder at least. Thanks.

What we talked about doing, is "giving away" at a very reasonable price, the first few sets to get feedback, opinion and probably complaints.....see where we need to go. Any more ideas or concerns you would think of would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks for the info, Chris. Is it a straight pipe?

I'd be happy to do track beta testing. I currently have Supercups annd used to have RSR's.

We shall soon find out. But really, sport bikes have been using them for years.

Without dyno numbers, I would not make false claims. I will tell you that the system has free'd up the rev's at the top end. It allows the rev's to go to redline freely and quicker than with stock muff's. I also have available, either seperate or as a complete sytem (with the mufflers), polished high flow sport cat's. Feel free to PM me, just click on my avatar name.
