Yes it did. Also has the instructions of having engraving done for the car.

There are actually quite a few less of these than CGTs. These were only given to select customers that made a very early financial commitment to purchasing a 2004 CGT. There are approximately 15 separate pieces of CGT automobilia and none of them are linked to a specific CGT so no worries when pieces are sold. The rarest item was given to the few employees that built CGTs. It's a plaque with a CGT wheel nut affixed and a plate with the employees name. I had every single item save for that one. However this box is my favorite. It was delivered so early it featured the former Seinfeld prototype CGT in the pics. Best Josh
