Great product and customer service. Numeric really stand by their products.

Great feel, adjustable throw- no down sides.

Do the Numeric cable swap at the same time

Not necessary but it's a great time to do it since you'll be working in the same area of the car.

Just need 2 more for this offer!

Swapping out your cables is not necessary but the OEMs are known to eventually wear and snap. It's a great addition to the shifter.

guy's id take this seriously.

mine snapped this morning (in my neighborhood thankfully) and my car doesnt have much milage. i asked my 997 buddies about this issue and and to my surprise HALF of them have had their shifter cables snap on them while driving (your car gets locked in gear, and you pretty much have to limp it somewhere depressing your clutch when needing to stop).

i'm counting my stars this didnt happen a week ago during my 1000 mile trek to the hershey meet.

Cables on my 996 were stretched out a bit...on borrowed time I think. The Numeric cables are a huge upgrade over stock. Essentially, cup car cables that are built to last. First thing I noticed was the construction...they are SOLID. Heavy gage w/ aluminum components...no plastic. For the price Numeric offers them, it's a no brainer. Combined w/ their shifter, it transforms the car. I drove w/ their shifter and stock cables for a bit and loved it. Then I installed the cables and they compliment one another perfectly. Truest shifting I've ever experienced, with tightest rifle bolt action you can get. I'm tempted to remove my setup from the 996 before I sell the car and install in the 997, but I really want to share the love w/ the next owner...so I will most likely buy another set for the 997
