You have got to be kidding me.
Here is a story:
We have a layaway based deal that is spread between months. Due to some circumstances I am not able to finalize the deal, I specifically tell you NOT TO send me the remaining balance which at that point was still $2800.00 and inform you that I will issue a refund.
Then with first money available at my paypal I send first part of the refund ($400). I do not run away, I do not hide, yet you start this and even get me banned at 6SO?
Does a scammer or D-bag as per quote from other post above behave like this? If I wanted to run away with your money I would accept the remaining $2800, run away and never refund you anything.
