Comes exactly like it did from Akrapovic.....nothing else comes with this sale such as sport cats, or valve actuators.

I bought this new from Authorized Akrapovic dealer and had my local Porsche dealer install, & another P-car dealer un-installed. Comes with Akra tips as shown as the original user manual.

did you use the OEM diffuser? any pics / videos of them installed?

 

Does the rear bumper need to come off for install?

 

Absolutely not.
But of course, it makes it easier if bumper is off.
