Yeah nice, just like the demo one I had.
Its a shame that the US have to have the indicator/reflector in the bumper, the block of orange does spoil it a bit. (but only a tiny bit ! )

Funny I was picking between the 2 chalk ones their. I picked the other chalk one, so you were the buyer of the other one. I liked both, just liked the wheels better on the one I got. Asked them to swap the wheels, but they refused. We both got great looking cars. Enjoy it

this guy did it on his 970, would think it would also be doable on the 971

I have just received an email from Porsche UK saying that there is no progress on the PCM software update, required to make the main digital speedo changeover from MPH to KPH, apparently due to "the complication of the vehicle and the different software versions". I have gone back to them and said that I know when I am being told bull**** by computer people from past experience and this is bull****. I suspect that little to zero effort has been put into correcting this error. Since they have already corrected it in new cars, it is I would think, just a matter of copying the small bit of code that controls this, into an update sub routine file for my current software and issuing it. Not impressed!

I asked and the answer was no. The wiring loom is different to accommodate the necessary forward looking radar. For some reason, a lot of folk in the UK seem not to have ordered this and the person who ordered the car I bought missed this out but added the unnecessary sport exhaust and rear screens (which the dealer bought back). The adaptive CC would be better than the standard one, which I have, although I suspect it reduces your attention level while driving - maybe not a good thing.

I have adaptive Cruise Control on my car, wasn't a feature I was originally looking for, but now that I have it I love it. all I need now is some radar guided missiles

Advanced
Btw, I do like the sports exhaust, especially in an indoor parking garage where the low ruffle sound is more pronounced with it on.
Also, the ACC ... hmmm... I still find it weird that it takes control when you don't expect it and starts breaking for cars in front way to far behind them even in shortest distance setting. If you want to push through traffic on fast lane by getting people to move to the slow lane, it doesn't help.
But I guess I still need to get used to it.
