Default Ceramic brakes too sensitive...?

I have found the ceramic brakes on my GTS to be very sensitive. If I apply the brakes as I would in any other car (including my 2 other Porsches) I almost go through the windshield. I have to apply them very lightly to avoid extreme braking.
Is this normal?
Is there a way to adjust them to be less sensitive?

I only have PCCB on my 991.2 TTS, all my other Porsche's (Cayenne-S & Box-S) have Steel. However, I have no issues with my 911 'grabbing'.
