does the wheel replace the buttons on the console? or do they have a handshake and they light up as if you pressed them? So cool to upgrade the one thing you touch all the time while driving for under 600 quid!

Hello my Porsche Panamera friends,
I have what so many times the youtube video and I will love to make a change on my steering wheel MF on my Panamera 2012 (970) with the MF steering wheel, I have done a lot of research and I can't find what I need to do and what parts that I need to swap it, I took the car to the dealership and they telling me that I need to change the clock spring, and some other parts to make the standard MF wheel with the MF sport wheel. ($2800.00) I can justify expending that much money. Can some one PLEASE help me. Thank you in advance.
