Looks good. I paid an indy shop over $800 for the 40k service and I already had the air filter (which requires front bumper removal) done when the bumper was off for a horn replacement.
However you might want to make sure you're getting the correct filter changed. I don't think it's the cabin filter you need at 40k.

Brake fluid every 2 years.
Air filter also 4 years so it’s due.
I had 2 cracked coils at 50 k on a 2010 and replaced all 8, probably overkill but, car ran significantly smoother.
Your also supposed to replace the tire inflator goop after 4 years.
If you have leather you want make sure it’s had some love.
I second cerbomark on the cabin filter. It’s a 3min job. I think I did remote learning through YouTube. You have to bend the filter a little but it’s just paper. It’s glad to bend.
Price on everything looks very reasonable except for cabin filter.
