Some have already left for the transport area so if yours is showing as "in production", it should not be that delayed. No work in August so if it's not on a boat end July then will be September...

Mine still collecting dust in a warehouse.

Dealer has other customers awaiting their ehybrids (could be their demo actually) and the status has changed to in the transport area or in dispatch area (Something of this nature). Thorfun has been very quiet - any news?

i called 4 dealers (porsche centres) and no one can give a straight answer.

I need the car in the second week of july .

the only information i had was my car was made in week 21

My understanding is they can tell the following things:

1. In production

2. Production completed but awaiting something (software update)

3. Ready for dispatch

Your dealer should be able to check your build and tell you this. Thankfully don't NEED mine until August but every day I am getting taxis to and from the train station....You should be getting compensation by now - free loaners etc.

Just got an email asking me to setup my Porsche Connect ID and activate my Porsche Connect Services!!

as my dealer is asleep and not responding to my email I'm taking it upon myself to take this as a positive step.

possibly a a bit delusional on my part but I'm sticking with it.

Me too! In fact... I got two emails and when registering online it shows 2 cars and 2 Vin Numbers (identical specs). I'm assuming a technical error... But very odd to have 2 Vins show?! Will wait to hear tomorrow what the explanation is.

My e-Hybrid apparently got moved up two weeks. Went into the Body Shop on June 9th (was originally scheduled for June 23rd) and will now go to Emden on June 23rd and supposedly onto a ship on July 14th (not sure why it has to sit in Emden for three weeks??).
Anything new on the Thorfun and AJrichesO1 cars??

still sat in compound at Leipzig. Dealer is awaiting a call back from Porsche UK with an update.
