No sound from the speakers - music, phone, or nav. Burmester options and setup visible in PCM, but not selectable. As if PCM can't connect with the Burmester system? Any ideas? Going to dealer next week, but suspect dealer isn't qualified to troubleshoot Burmester and will simply want to replace all the components.

Any ideas re what might cause the failure/disconnect welcome!

check your fuses in the cargo area, that's where the sound system fuses are located. Specifically, carrier A fuse 8 for the sub, and carrier F has the fuse for the amplifier

 

Thanks Hawk. Yes, checked the fuses and they look good. This morning drove the car and the stereo worked - so odd. Might be low voltage from a 4 year old battery. Going to the dealer on Thursday. Will post what I find out hoping the info will be useful for others.
