Panamera Sirius XM Sat radio. Non sat car.
I just got back from the dealer, after them telling me they wont sell me a xm module. I recently purchased a 2010 970 without sat, and figure like most cars i can get the option installed. Iv looked up and down the internet, there are no aftermarket solutions that can tie in an xm receiver to my pcm 3.1. I do not want to use my phone or another device that plugs in to a lighter or my aux port, like most people i like oem interface and would like it to display on my dash and nav.
I am curious if anyone would have any knowledge they can share, if i can use durametric to enable sat function on my current pcm. Or if i can install and make a pcm from another car work in my panamera. I read somewhere that units can not be swapped with out programming.
I have found a source on ebay that is selling oem xm receiver for panamera 970, and he even has pcm with sat already in it.

In this day and age with prevalence of such great apps for your phone this shouldn't get in the way if it is otherwise a great car and deal. I listen to spotify most of the time anyway! Plus you can get Sirius mobile for your phone.
