ouch, someone is cranky!! He did answer the question he said, "it depends" and it does. he also pointed out various things to take into consideration.

telling him to "shut up if you have nothing to say" is really unnecessary

I doubt he is your staff... And probably very happy about that.

Your in a forum. There will never be single answer. It really "depends" on your perspective, which in this case appears to... Never-mind.
