Panamera brake caliper refinish?

Panamera brake caliper refinish?
Hi,
Has anyone has their Panamera brake calipers refinished? I have a P4 with the unpainted (read: butt-ugly) calipers and I can barely stand to look at them. I love the "red chrome" finish, or basic Brembo red finished, offered by this shop

So if I buy my P4 at lease-end, I was going to have the calipers refinished for sure. But I had thought I read somewhere where a Panamera owner (or two) was/were told that Panamera brake calipers could not be refinished, but there was no explanation why. I thought this was odd since you see every other model Porsche get their calipers refinished from time to time. Anyone know the true scoop?
