Default Burmester = Not Streaming Bluetooth Audio?

Is that true? I heard that Bose allows this, but if you upgrade to Burmester you lose BT audio streaming functionality. Can someone please confirm?

I never use BT for audio, the BT format was originally designed for speech. Use your USB connection, you will get much better sound quality.

Thanks for the response TGED. I understand where you're coming from... was just curious if that is indeed true (no BT audio with Burmester)? Can you confirm yay or nay? Thanks.

I was able to do A2DP with the Burmester I tried. As others have said, though, it sounds terrible compared to the direct connection.

Not true but it has to be activated!! The default is bluetooth streaming off! I know because when I took delivery it wasn't working but the salesman knew it had to be activated.
