two-stage spoiler in PanS!
i didnt know this, perhaps everyone else does already, but i just wanted to let owners and potential owners know that the non-turbo's spoiler has two stages, too. i noticed it when i used Sport Plus mode at 75 mph, the spoiler tilted upwards.
i got a kick out of that, thought everyone should know.

I've been closely following that thread on the -other- forum. I'd like to see someone else go for it before I'm ready to hop on that. BTW, my dealer quoted 5.5k to retrofit the Turbo/GTS spoiler on a non-turbo. That price includes parts and labor. And, no, they have never done it before

Hi all
i just had instal turbo spoiling pany4 2013 and it works and looks great exactly like factory installation. It is done by a genius engineer that found the right way of doing it. I showed mine to dealership they couldn’t believe it. It is done exactly like factory install and they couldn’t say any difference. I don’t think any dealership knows even how to do this. I saw some Chinese did in China as plug and play but it doesn’t behave normal. I saw the clips on YouTube. It is stuck on middle of closing .

Kayvan1347, yours is the fourth one I have done. Please meet your siblings:
Mine:
And I changed my deployment speeds to 40, 65 and 90 mph so I can go thru all three heights easily. I did this to show that I did not cheat with last leg relays, which would have caused strange behaviors during retraction.
This one drove up from Orlando, and I recorded this the morning after the conversion:
This came from Boca Raton. It used to be this color, but now it's very very sharp and unique:
And Kayvan, this is yours, the youngest of all, reborn last week:
Anyone interested, please PM me. I am working with a dealership on sourcing parts, attempting to keep it reasonable installed with full factory function (60mph low angle and 135mph at high angle and Sport Plus with high angle after 60mph). Deployment speeds can be customized during programming, but not recommended.

Of course. That's what people book me for. I can do everything that Porsche dealership will not do for you. I work on all Porsche models, but I am more experienced in Panamera 970.1 and 970.2, and 911 991.1 and 996 and 997. I am very knowledgeable in mechanical, material science, electronics, and programming and that's what made it possible for me to perform these modifications so flawlessly. Since this will be my first 971 to modify the spoiler, according to my rules, you will have to type up a note that says your Porsche dealership will not install the turbo spoiler with full extending and retracting functions on your car for you, and have them sign it. Once signed and sent to me via email, I will agree to put the turbo spoiler on your 971 for a $1000 Leader discount. This discount only applies if you are the first one for that signed note. I require this because I am only interested in doing jobs that Porsche cannot or do not want to do. I will never compete with their service centers.
For 971, you have to give me the paint code to match. There is only one local Porsche authorized paint shop that I will use.
The turbo spoiler is 971-827-678-BY-G2X and it comes primed only.
Please PM me if interest. I will need about 48 hours of reading time to get familiar with your car's unique internals via your VIN number and your options form, so lead time is vital to the success. I apologize but I only do this on selected weekends due to my regular jobs and other obligations. April is already full. May 11 is open. June 22 is open, but July is full. August is open for 10, 17 and 24. September is full. October is still open. Please let me know.
I also see that you are in LA. I prefer not to travel. If you have a good reason, I will make an exception. FYI, I flew to Vancouver to modify Kayvan's. He made the March 23 appointment back in early January. You can ship the car to me to work on, or you can pick up my travel expense if I accept the travel.
