Default EVAP Canister Access

I have an EVAP leak on my 2014 GTS that I was hoping was the purge solenoid, so I smoke tested the system and discovered it is my evap canister leak detection valve which took a bit to find. Now that I can see it, I need to get it out of there to replace it. From what I can see the wheels need to come off, the wheel wells need to come out, so I can remove those heat shields and get it out of there. Is that it or does the bumper need to come off? Or am I missing something on how to get it out of there? I was in my driveway at dusk looking at it trying to figure it out and was not making progress so I stopped.

Anyone done this with any tips on a smooth removal and installation?
