Default Oil temperatures

Do you guys see any fluctuations in oil temperature during normal driving? Mine is usually pegged at 100C yet today I was seeing fluctuations between 95 and 98C after a mixture of motorway and urban driving, despite the slightly warmer weather in the UK. Car wasn't in Sports mode or anything like that either. Now it's only a couple of degrees but I rarely see it moving around, hence the paranoia!

My ‘11 turbo varies between 97c and 105c depending on ambient and driving style. The high end comes when I’m going uphill in manual 3rd at 45—5000rpm (weekly Italian tune up). Nominal is 100 c

Mine used to stay at around 99-105C (Dubai Summer Weather)
After changing the thermostat and the entire cooling system alongside many cooling parts, it stays around 92-95, and goes up to 100 if i'm going crazy with the car. car's a GCC spec
