Correct, let the attorney deal with it for here on out. The slightest thing you say could jeopardize your case.

To be honest I wouldn't even keep posting here until the case is 100% settled. Let us know the outcome but don't update us with everything the lawyer says or the next steps. You never know who's reading...

How often is the car being driven? When the battery voltage is low, it could trigger the chasis error. Happened to me once. When i shut off the car and restart it, the error is gone. Took to dealer and they said battery voltage was low, they cleared the stored codes and charged my car while waiting for me to pick up. Since then, whenever I don’t drive it for a few days, I have always put it on a ctek to keep the battery topped up. There is so little background the OP provided and people started to lawyer up for the converstion. Sad.

Why wouldn't you lawyer up? If you're having issues with your car and they can't fix it, that's not a "Oh well"

OP offered very limited information and everyone seemed to jump to conclusion that s/he got a lemon. What if OP only drove it couple times a month, and the cause was indeed low battery charge? And dealer was incompetent in investigating root cause. I don‘t disagree with lawyering up if the cause is truly defective parts.

Because it's still a fairly new car? I didn't drive my Panamera during the winter, I never got a fault and mine was a 14. ( I know slightly different ) however, it's not up to us how OP drives their car. If the dealer is incompetent that's the dealers issue. It seems to me like a lemon, and they shouldn't be dealing with these issues on a 100k car. It's not a Kia.

A buy back will result in a branded title in Texas at least. Wont matter since the car isnt yours anymore. I've never heard of a lemon law compensation or whatever you meant.

A Kia does not have that much electronics to suck down the battery LOL. It may very well be more reliable.

All cars have so much tech now, It wouldn't even surprise me if a Kia had more tech then a Panny
