Personal setting
I had no problem with saving seat positions and other personal setting by pressing set, then save. Done.
key fob #2 my wife's key, however, doesn't save any settings repeating the same process. No beeping. Doesn't save. I tried pressing set, then the number button. It beeps. But nothing is saved...
I've tried some internet searching and some say unclick the auto-save. It doesnt have that function.
Any help?

Same here. 2013 Turbo. Can not get 2nd key to sync with settings. My particular annoyance is the side mirror not pointing to the curb when I reverse.
When I hit set and then the key icon , no beep with the 2nd key.

when I save my setting with my key, I press set button, then key button. It beeps.
Wife's key, I do the same, set button, then key button. It doesn't beep, and it doesn't save.
when I press set, then #2, then it beeps. But still doesn't save.
