Default Service Prices seem to be going up?!?!

When I took my GT3 in for its major, which is every 2 years, in 2021 it was $2,800 and 2023 it was $3,800. For oour 2018 Panamera 4S was just quoted $340 for oil/filter, fine, no big deal, BUT the check engine light is on, so to plug in the OBD2 and read it, $300. Come on. I have a Porsche iCarSoft OBD2 so I'll do it myself and let them know the problem, but my confidence in the billing process at these prices is a bit shaky. Oh yeah, this is a Porsche dealership that is under new ownership which is when I noticed the price jump. We've been using them over 20 years.,

Take it to an indy if you have one. Dealers have always been screwing people. Their book times are inflated, labor rate high, then they are charging you list (if not more) for every part and fluid. They want 2600 for oil change, spark plugs, brake fluid and cabin air filter on my car. Its maybe 200-300 bucks in parts tops using oem stuff from FCP Euro.
