Buy a paint meter on Amazon, return after you inspect…

Ok so I test drove the car and it checks out very good condition and the wheels are def OEM...But when I stopped after driving the car for 15 minutes and popped the hood to take a look at the engine it felt very hot and I almost could not touch the oil cap because it was so hot. I had the AC on during my test drive as well..Is this normal ? no warning lights or anything came on but I was surprised to feel how hot the hood and Engine felt?? Is this a Porsche performance car thing or should I be cautious here?

honestly, though... did you take an infrared thermo to get a true reading? things that feel 'hot' is subjective, not objective. we're just trying to assist, but you also have to be prepared when going to take a car for a test ride and subsequent inspection. I, though have been called **** (and other pleasantries), take an infrared thermostat, tire tread measurement gauge, scan tool, and a variety of other trinkets when going to evaluate any car, regardless of price. Quite simply, used cars are just that - used cars. And those that sell them are called 'used car salesmen/saleswomen' - and as Mike Brady (dating myself) said to Greg, "Caveat Emptor".
You need to be your #1 advocate... if it's the right car, you will know. Based on your assessment, it doesn't appear so.

I'm not taking all that crap I have 1500 mile warranty can return for any reason I'll be fine and another 4,000 mile full coverage warranty that comes with the car and I can purchase an additional 500 deductible 75k mile warranty for an extra 2500 and the car is at 31k right now so another 41k miles full coverage if I wish to spend 2500..car has a little bit of lag but rips after that...yeah prob just v8 heat like u said
