Question panamera 971 - part labels and compatibility

Hello,
My sport turismo spoiler is stuck, the motor is dead. I have it's part sticker and it's 974.827.204.D.
I have found same part, but it's newer and all other codes on the sticker are different. It seems like a newer version. However, part code is still the same.
Could anyone explain if I buy another part with the same part code would it work with my car?

Part numbers are the same -- all the other labels on there are not a concern.
