So, I have a 2012 Panamera 970.1 GTS with an airbag issue showing on the scanner but the light was not coming up on the instrument cluster.

I removed the instrument cluster by following the instructions from this topic and found out one the previous owners or some garage they took it did this unfortunate "hack" to cover the airbag led from coming up.



After taking it apart and removing all the gooey sticky thing they used to cover the LED, I now need help to put it back together and I noticed the middle part of the RPM gauge does not get back in place easily.


Has anyone else made something like this before?
Can you please advise on how I can get this back together?
