Default Oil drain plug

Dear Experts,
I ordered an OEM drain plug (PAF-008-309-A) from one of Porsche online part dealers. Surprisingly, the crests were very dirty and not even as below pictures. Is it expected for OEM parts?
The original vinyl packaging was cut and patched with scotch tape with a date code early 2022. So I am just worried that this may not be a genuine part or may be a used part. I saw a DIY Youtube, who mentioned a similar problem.
Is there anyone who experienced same issue?
Best regards!

Looks used. Which retailer (link) did you buy from?

Thanks for comments, chassis and ManoTexas!
Updates for others: I contacted the seller and they were willing to send me another one immediately. The new one looks good and the original one might be one off rather than a used one. I will not disclose the seller, but I am happy with the seller's customer service.
