Default Some data not loading on 2017/Seat Issues

Recently, I purchased a low-mileage 2017 Turbo, pretty much loaded, certified for 2 years. Driving it is a dream. There are two oddities, so far. One is that some data seems to never load. See pic. Anyone else have this issue? When I get out of the car, the drivers seat stays where I left it. But when I get back in. it automatically moves all the way forward, requiring me to hit the preset button to move it back before I get in. Kind of a pain. Anything I can do about this? Thanks.

The Panamera has a preset for seat and for key. Make sure you program the door (ie program 1 & 2) and the key too match

loading data could be Porsche connect which was discontinued for older car. Dealer should be able to disable

If that loading data is a Navigation panel, you may want to ask to see if your car is eligible for the WMD1 - MIB2High software update:

Thanks for the feedback. I am still trying to figure out the key thing. So far, I have not been able to find anything in the owners manual. Any tips on aligning the key with everything else?

Figured out the key thing. I though it would be on the key, and like a dummy missed the key button on the door. Also, I looked in the manual under seat, whereas the info was indexed under key…dubiously.

The loading box may be b/c your Porsche Connect subscription has lapsed. You can change that box to something else, or renew your Porsche Connect subscription which is still supported for a 2017.

Your map showing "Offroad" may require an update. Easy to apply the map update with an SD card, there are instructions and a link to download the 2023 maps in other thread here.

Also like @Chimuel said...see if you can get the WMD1 update. It will bring back your Google Earth maps and other features that stopped working on 2017/2018s after Porsche updated.
