Hard Reset
Hi Guys,
So had my 2020 Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid just over a week but the connect app isn't working. So spoke to the supplying dealer who had set it up, paid 2 years for free etc. They have inputted the code I gave them from Vodafone etc.
Had to take it a local dealer as something wasn't right. After explaining the issue and explaining I was on the correct website a few times, they called Vodafone and the car is stuck saying "Activation pending" but neither Porsche or Vodafone can fix it.
So the car has to go in for two days in three weeks so the car can have a "Hard reset" to wipe everything and start again. A pain to have the issue!

Software is clearly not Porsche's specialty. Can't tell you how many bugs. Latest one is my app with a red icon saying car needs "general inspection." No way to reset. There is a page to turn off the reminder but it immediately resets itself to "on." You are about to trade one big bug for many little ones. Sorry.
