Help with build
My dealer agreed to replace the green with black free of charge
Seats fold down - 100# dog for me and I'd rather keep him off the leather when possible. Did some damage to my last car. I basically plan to keep the seats folded down unless I have passengers so no need for bench.
Not trying to argue, but points to ponder:

not sure what to do about model designation. I have the Porsche logo in silver to pop more but don't really like the silver model designation directly on chalk, and if it's black am worried it'll be conflicting. Also everyone knows it's a panamera, plus real Porsche ppl will know black calipers + hybrid designation on side is a 4 hybrid vs 4S H or turbo H in red/yellow
and also I'm actually planning on taking 5 on a drive. If the dog can't fit with seats folded down, you can just put some sort of cover (a blanket or maybe something more waterproof) on the seats.
You're going to put your 60lb dog in your band new Panamera? I have Alot of Golden doodles that I would take a bullet for but they're going in my work truck before they're ever going in my Panny

The bench seats still offer the 4-zone climate control option, just without the fancy touchscreen but instead an electronic panel that's like the center console in the front. Less fancy but functioning nonetheless. I'm getting it because all my family members have different definitions of comfortable temperatures

heck yes I am, he should enjoy the car too. I really have no issue with it, he's in my M550 all the time. I will probably buy a blanket and also start taking his collar off so his tags don't scratch anything when he's car surfingi have human passengers in the back prob twice a year. Yes, which begs the question why a panny over a 911. I feel like it's a better intro to Porsche after coming from 4d sedans
What would y'all do? I definitely like silver tail pipes and felt the silver Porsche logo matched it since there's very little silver/chrome on my car. Just thought black model designation would be weird w that
I think black accents like the "Panamera" will look great on chalk. I agree the green is ugly. And I also agree the chrome on the Porsche will be OK. Chalk, black and chrome will look great.
And I still think folding the seats down and getting the four seater is the way to go, unless you will need five seats. It's part of the coolness of the Panny to have four bucket seats. Plus the middle seat is like the back seat on a 911 - only in-laws will get put there

Good choice I have a labradoodle

The Panamera is a great first Porsche, it's more then entry level. That's what the Macan is for haha
is there really that much thought that goes into this / judgment about the trim and "hiding" it?

I think either color would look good, you just need something back there

First time Porsche owner. Figuring out a build. Need to go base. And going platinum to bundle options at a lower price. Only thing I added was surround view which my mother loves on hers.
I like chalk exterior but don't want to spend that much extra, so going volcano. Prob wouldn't do sport chrono since I'd never do launch control and it doesn't actually add HP. Thanks!

Also I would get the insulated glass, Adaptive Cruise (ACC or similar iteration) Lane Keeping and Lane Change assist. If you are into your music, the Burmeister radio
