hello, please help me I have my car panamera4 from 2011 I changed the spoiler with a new one like the panamera turbo ... the people from the garage changed it but they told me that they have to build other wires and another connector because the turbo model has another plug with more pins than the old one ... you can help me buy these wires and the plug that goes to the car ... they told me that's why the wings don't open ... thank you very much

you need to talk to atwong1 (Anthony Wong), he's figured out how to do this, it's not as simple as swapping the spoilers

Just wait for his reply, we have the same means of contacting him.

I believe you would need some programming as well. I'm not sure about the non-turbo/GTS spoilers, but the active wing are speed dependent where it would tilt at particular angles.

you just need to change the package to turbo and then program the whole car and the headunit

only anthony were the only one that found out. If you had a 971, all you had to do was swap the module and it would work automatically but ya the 970 require a special harness. Anthony sell the harness if you need it

There is nothing hard about those lines, you need couple of relays - 7M0 951 253 C (you can get Bosch alternative for like 1/4th of the price and same quality), a standard VAG connector - 7M0 937 632 (get it from any VW/Audi whatever dealership, doesn't matter) and few meters of properly specced cable. Your Garage should have access to some PIWIS software, it has the electrics in it. It's an app named WireView. I will be doing this retrofit this or the next weekend on mine but she is 2014 (facelift) and there are differences. Here is the difference, left is the normal one, right is the turbo. Then you will need some coding of your car because it needs to know that it has a Turbo spoiler and not the standard one.

Really, it is nothing difficult and totally doable in few hours if you know what you're doing and have some experience wiring and coding cars. I will be doing a detailed thread on the wiring and the overall process once I get mine finally delivered...
