Default Water coming from center A/C vents

Searched but could not find. . .

So when the AC runs I get water that comes out of the center vents, most noticeable when driving sporty. Nailed the throttle and turned the other day and there must have been at least a half cup of water sloshed out, all over the console buttons and my seat. It's clear and cool and so (based on some possibly related threads) it seems it's a condenser drain not draining. Anyone ever have this? How easy to get to in order to fix? DIY in an hour or so or take it to a shop for special tools ?

car is a 2010 4S.

They're on either side of the center tunnel. You may be able to get to them by removing the panels under the dash. They are rubber and appear to just pull off.
