Thanks, all. I ended up getting a PPI at Bristow's (https://bristowsauto.com/) in Tacoma. I am soooo glad I found them - they did an amazing PPI. Very thorough, knowledgeable and honest. They really know Panameras, too. Highly highly recommended.

The car ended up being a turd and I passed on it. So I'm back in the hunt!
