Default Sticky steering

Hi,

I have also noticed that when the car is cold and has just been started up, the steering feels sticky for a short while until the car has warmed up, with the steering not going back naturally to center on it's own, requiring manual input to bring the steering to center.

Is this normal?

Thanks

Like the steering wheel feels sticky or the actual steering it's self?

I've had something similar on the GTS that I bought - noticed it during the test drive on the highway where I always needed to overcorrect to go straight.
After replacing all tires the car drives perfectly now. Check if yours is out of alignment with the inside of the tires being worn out more make the car ride uneven? They might get a bit more soft after warming up and the issue kind of masks itself maybe.

Thanks for your responses. The steering fluid is full and the only time I sense this 'sticky' feeling is when the car is first started and cold. It lasts for about a minute or two of driving before everything seems normal.

What is the age and mileage on your Panamera? There is a steering fluid and reservoir service around 60K miles for 970 gen.

I’d still have checked. Steering and brake 2 areas I don’t want any issues. Not returning to center is very disquieting IMO.
