Picked up a 971 Turbo S E-Hybrid ST about 6 months back and having a blast taking it on road trips.
Recently I noticed that launch control doesn't always activate even though I had it in sports plus mode.
Finally figured out that if the spoiler is raised manually, launch control will not activate. Need to close the spoiler for the "launch control activated" message to pop up on the instrument cluster.
Can anyone else confirm this?

Launch control also only activates when your oil temp is above a certain threshold. I don’t know the exact threshold but I always wait until mine is at 185 or so and It functions perfectly.
