For all the Sport Turismos I'm seeing in pics here, I'm surprised that there aren't a higher percentage of them at dealerships in the US (vs. the sedans). The ST looks amazing to me.

I'm guessing the wagon bodystyle appeals to car enthusiasts more than the general public, and the enthusiasts are the ones frequenting the forums more commonly?

Americans (USA Americans at least) for the most part just don’t like station wagons. They’d rather be in a barge (SUV).

Yeah. I had a Volvo V90 Cross Country before my ST, and came close to an E63S Wagon prior to the Volvo. Wagons are definitely car-guy cars. Every time a mfr announces one, the comments section lights up, but in the grand scheme of things no one buys them. Sadly. The SUV has definitely taken over. That said, I'm heartened that Audi is bringing the RS6 Avant.

Thanks, I loved the pictures of your car, and jealous of the turbo and ceramics! Chalk was always the way I wanted to go and I found this one highly optioned for a base Panamera and it was in my budget so I picked it up a 2 weeks ago.
