To Make My Panamera 4S a Turbo car
I went to the drag races and I now have the desire to convert my 4 wheel drive panamera into a 4s Turbo. Is this posible , what needs to be done just install the parts and then reprogram the computer?

I am trying to find out the actual way to do it,I can buy the exhaust manifold online used like on ebay for example.I can buy a turbo like a garret or another that is a little bit larger than the factory turbo, have custom tubes made.
It seems like I have to put the factory front bumper the intercoolers down below in the bumper area and then conect the turbo and pluming and flash or repro the computer. I am in a place where I can do the work more cheaply than people in the usa or europe.Besides they do not make a 4s turbo right? There would be no way to buy one only make one

The turbo is AWD so not sure of your question about a 4S turbo, but to Paul Rathjen's comments above it will be far less costly to trade your current 4S in for a turbo model and you'll get what you probably really want; Porsche engineering instead of a home grown challenge. If a turbo model didn't already exist your plan might make more sense.

Realistically, I think you have 3 options. I'll list them in order of easiest to hardest:
1. Add a piggy back ECU tune to your 4S. It will get you +50hp/+50tq. It won't match the turbo, but it's also lighter.
2. Trade-in your car for a Turbo.
3. Swap out engines, internals, etc.. -> I DO NOT recommend this.

Most importantly, and as has been pointed out, the Turbo is AWD.
The chances of you being able to convert your 4S to a Turbo and not have it be a disaster is pretty low IMO even if you are mechanically inclined and have deep knowledge of programming.
