Default OK, enough is enough

Sorry, this is a dull thread but I have really had enough. The sat nav is worse than ever after having spent 2-3 months in the dealership on and off over the last 18 months. I would be grateful for the forum's advice as to how really escalate this within Porsche. CEO's details, head of engineering, head of UK etc. Any advice anyone can give from people that have had issues but not stopped at anything to get them addressed.

Many thanks in advance to the group.

funny you posted this thread - just 15 mins ago while driving to work I was upset again because of GPS. My SA told me that I need to get a software update before they can escalate the matter any further. This should happen any day now as they are waiting for the SD-CARD!!!!!! to arrive with the new software. The process is already frustrating me and I have the journey still ahead of me.

Thanks both, have emailed the CEO.

Has anyone actually managed some form of compensation with these long-term issues?

I did, and have suggested that be changed also. They need to send me a list of what they have done, and what the path to resolution is, not just ad hoc new options. It's pathetic.

Awaiting a response from the CEO.

I’m obviously missing something here guys, can you explain what the issue is with the map/picture. Is it the arrow and it’s circule not being completely centred on the road or are you not actually in High-Wycombe

The issue is the car is on the road about 5 metres to the left and not driving through someone's garden.

Not such a big issue unless you actually have the nav on and it is constantly trying to re-route you somewhere. I just cannot believe this has not been fixed - the mind really boggles.

I see you have the new software as well (versus that on the 2017)...something they are going to try with mine I think. Let me know what your guys say please. I've had new computer, aerials, wiring etc.
