Were you on level ground when measuring? You are below the recommended minimum oil level. Add 1 quart (or liter equivalent) to bring it to the max.

looks like you're on the lowest bar, (glare makes it hard too see) if that is the case you need to add 3/4 a liter - but you definitely needed to add oil..

Here is what your picture means.
The car is low on engine oil, not too low to affect driving but should be filled asap.
It appears car is low about 750cc of oil, or 3/4 of a quart (since oil is down to the bottom main square of display).

Usage:
The photo shows status of oil level in your engine.
There are 4 full square sections in the image of the dip stick.
Then there is a longer rectangle above these. Then a small triangle below them.

Each of the main squares represents about 250cc or 1/4 of a quart.
For engine to be filled up properly with oil all four of the main squares need to be green.
If your dip stick oil is showing yellow, you have either too much, or not enough oil.
Get 5W40 full synthetic oil (I recommend Castrol edge), and pour in quantity, based on image you see.
If 3 of the main 4 squares are blank (no color - white), you need to pour in 3/4 of a quart, or about 750cc of oil into engine.
Once you do this, close cap and drive for about 10 miles. Then car will allow you to check level again.
Once you check after driving the distance, you will see if you overfilled of still are under filled.

Main thing is, each square is 1/4quart to add.
If your color is red with dip stick image squares blank, you should not be driving at all, you are severely low on oil. Can damage engine.
If your oil stick image is yellow with all main squares blank, you are below the low mark of oil, so get filled asap.
If your oil stick image is yellow with all main squares filled, and with the larger top segment filled too, means you have overfilled your engine.
If you overfilled, I would recommend wither suck some out the dip stick (thin tube and a pump), or drain some via drain plug under car.

You can study details of this cluster info section in the user manual.
