Default Thanks to the forum...and sharing my new 4S

I just wanted to post for the first time and graciously thank all those who unselfishly post and share their experiences with the Panamera. Being able to read about other owners' experiences and see some of the build choices certainly helped with my buying process. I hope I can share and help going forward also. After a 7 (seven!) month wait I finally took delivery of my 4S and thought I would share. My first Porsche and am loving it...worth the wait. Volcano Grey and blacked out where I could, inside and out. Thanks again!

Very nice.
So happy UK doesn't have to have the orange lights in the front bumper/fender. Maybe you can get them blacked out too like the blue Pan on a recent thread.

Could you spec the PORSCHE in black on the back ? Mine has black logo's but the PORSCHE is still chrome.

Yes, I believe the ability to spec a black "PORSCHE" is new to 2018 models...

On my old S-EH, where black logos wasn't an option, I ended up having mine painted, after my first attempt with Plastikote came off with a jet wash.

2018 - think the 2017s ended in May.

But who cares really? Doesn't make a difference to value in the UK.

I don't care for that reason, I am wondering why my PORSCHE logo on the boot is chrome when black logos was spec'd.
I might go on the builder to see if theres a new tick box for the Porsche in black too.

If it was spec'd in August, 2017, then it's a 2018. My wife's car was spec'd in July. The panel on the door shows it was built 11/17, and the monroney lists it as a 2018. Hopefully the dealer saved it for you.
