I ordered a Turbo S E-Hybrid in March that was given a September build date. Last week PCNA informed my dealer the car will be delayed "up to 6 months" due to AZD (deviating stitching option).

Has anyone heard of this, or successfully ordered a car with AZD? It's one of my favorite Porsche features!

I ordered a sport turismo turbo in April that was supposed to have an August build date - and when I wanted to add the cargo management feature it was going to delay it 2 months. It's crazy to me how adding something prior to actually starting the build delays the car, but I guess they have to plan accordingly to have all the proper inventory on hand for construction
